  • Workout with Grandpa, a 9-level workout program
    • Beginner
      • Level 1 – this is the starting place, especially for pushups (wall)
      • Level 2 – add a few more reps and lower the angle (countertop)
      • Level 3 – few more reps and going lower (couch)
