  1. I want to be able to play with my grandkids and watch them grow up.
  2. I want to maintain good quality of life. When I don’t work out for several weeks I start to get aches and pains in my body.
  3. Related to number 1, I want to live longer. By working out we are telling our bodies that we aren’t done, yet. 🙂
